2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

3.1 Account Creation

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or share through AeroFlow ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements
• Maintain backups and ensure service continuity

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or safety incidents
• Third-party actions or content
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings or contacting support.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a safety or security risk
• Fail to pay applicable fees

11.3 Effect of Termination
